From September to December 2024, I served as Stage Manager for Annie Jr. at Area Stage Theatre Conservatory, working with a cast of nearly 40 young performers ages 8 to 13. This production challenged and inspired me as I navigated the unique dynamics of leading a large youth cast, honing my skills in communication, patience, and creative problem-solving.

In addition to coordinating rehearsals and facilitating communication among the directing and production teams, I also contributed to the visual storytelling by designing and building several props for the show. This hands-on creative work deepened my role in the production and allowed me to support the team in new ways.
