In Spring 2025, I had the rewarding opportunity to stage manage Seussical Jr. at Area Stage Theatre Conservatory, working again with director Kelly Wygant. Leading a cast of about 40 young performers, ages 8 to 13, I managed rehearsals, coordinated communication between the creative and production teams, and ensured smooth performances throughout the run.

This production challenged me creatively and technically as I also supported the show by contributing to set design, costume design, and set painting. Balancing these roles deepened my understanding of the production process and enhanced my ability to anticipate and solve challenges on the fly.

Bringing Dr. Seuss’s playful world to life required close collaboration and flexibility, and the energy and enthusiasm of the cast made the experience truly unforgettable.
