As Stage Manager for Into the Woods, I oversaw a unique production that featured two completely separate casts, each led by a different director. While the music remained the same, every other aspect of the production - from blocking and choreography to costumes, props, and staging - was distinct. Managing two parallel productions required exceptional organization, attention to detail, and clear communication to ensure that each cast's artistic vision remained separate and consistent. This experience significantly strengthened my leadership, organizational, and production management skills, teaching me how to efficiently coordinate complex logistics while supporting two creative teams simultaneously.
